Free St. Patrick’s Day Themed Crafts for Kids

Happy Saint Patrick’s Day 2021. Our city usually comes to a standstill this time of year. They host city-wide parties and a massive parade. Everyone is Irish for a day and has fun.  But, this year everything is canceled, again.

Not to worry we are still going to have fun with St. Patrick’s Day crafts. We are making fun crafts to wear and decorate our room with. With a little luck, we will still have a pleasant and enjoyable St. Patrick’s Day.

Let’s begin by making a crown fit for your prince or princess. To save time we used these shamrock foam stickers.

This next project is one of our originals. If your little artist has great scissors skills they may cutout and assemble themselves.  For the younger artist we prep the project and cut it out ahead of time. However, you choose to make this project we know they will be a great addition to your décor.

In this last project, we are learning about the Irish flag. Even though the St. Patrick holiday has been turned into a carnival-type event the original story comes from Ireland.  It started as a remembrance in Ireland of Saint Patrick’s death in the fifth century. So, it would only make sense to make an Irish flag and learn about the country.
